New Family Meeting
The Sartell-St. Stephen School District will be hosting a New Family Meeting on Tuesday, August 21, at 7:00 PM at Pine Meadow Elementary in the Media Center. The district will be sharing key information about schools and programs available to families in the district.

Grade 7 and 8 Athletic Information Parent Meeting
For parents of 7th and 8th graders participating in sports, there will be a meeting on Wednesday, August 22nd, at 6:30 PM at Sartell Middle School. 7th and 8th grade student athletes are also invited to attend. For more information, please contact the Activities Office at 656-3717.
Special Dietary Needs Parent Meeting
With so many different dietary needs and concerns for students and their families today, the Food Service Department of the Sartell-St. Stephen School District is hosting a Special Dietary Needs Parent Meeting on Monday, August 27th, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Sartell High School. Sartell-St. Stephen Open Houses
Sartell High School - Tuesday, August 28th, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM for grades 9-12. For more information, please call Sartell High School at 656-0748.
Sartell Middle School – Wednesday, August 29, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM for grades 5-8. For more information, please call Sartell Middle School at 253-2200.
Pine Meadow Elementary – Wednesday, August 29, from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM for grades K-4. For more information, please call Pine Meadow Elementary at 253-8303.
Oak Ridge Elementary - Wednesday, August 29, from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM for grades K-4. For more information, please call Oak Ridge Elementary at 258-3693.
Also, at all K-12 Open Houses, District Food Services will provide the opportunity for families to have dinner at Open House. Dinner will be available for $3.25 per meal for kindergarteners through adults and $2.25 for pre-schoolers. It is a great opportunity to experience the great offerings that are provided to our students throughout the school year. Plus, families won’t have to rush home to feed hungry children and the dishes will be done for you.
Sartell-St. Stephen Early Childhood Open House
Due to construction and our relocation to the District Service Center, Preschool Open House will be at a later time than what is published in the District Calendar. Please see the schedule below.
Families are invited to attend the open house date, located at the new space within the District Service Center, 212 3rd Ave N, Sartell. If families are unable to make the preferred section time, please select a time to attend that works better for your family.
