14-15 Full Access Information

The first year of full access technology in the Sartell-St. Stephen School District has been a great success.  Through the initiative, teaching and learning has been transformed on many levels.  Teachers have been able to design instruction in new and innovative ways and students have been immersed in diverse and rich experiences that develop global and 21st century skills for a lifetime.

This school year, students in grades 6-12 were given the opportunity of full access to technology.  Additionally, increased access was provided for students in early childhood up to 5th grade.  We are proud to announce that the Sartell-St. Stephen School District will continue to build on the full access program during the 2014-2015 school year by providing our fifth grade student population with full access.  Each student will receive an iPad mini to utilize for educational purposes.

Students and parents/guardians will complete appropriate paperwork as well as submitting the annual non-refundable deposit before the devices will be distributed.  Deposits will remain the same, $30 iPad mini (Middle School), $60 MacBook (High School) or $100 family maximum.  No family action is required at this time.  The district will provide updates as the summer progresses regarding distribution, trainings and payment procedures.  For further information about our full access program, please visit our website at http://www.sartell.k12.mn.us/full-access
