SHS Selects Hornseth as Head Volleyball Coach

Sarah Hornseth has been selected as Head Coach of the Sartell High School Volleyball Team.  Hornseth has been an assistant varsity coach at Sartell High School for the past five years.  She has also coached several years of Junior Olympic Volleyball in the Sartell program.

Hornseth replaces Ronell Uran, who retired from coaching after 20 years as head coach of the Sabres.  In 2005, Uran was named the State Volleyball Coach of the Year.

Hornseth graduated from Marshall High School in 2005, where she played volleyball.  Hornseth received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from the College of St. Benedict in 2009 and currently teaches sixth grade at the Sartell Middle School.
