SHS Students Grand Prize Winners in the Central MN Water Education Alliance Public Service Announcement

Students at Sartell-St. Stephen High School have received top honors in a contest that raises awareness about improving water quality. Out of 51 entrants, Sartell High School students received honorable mention for the video submitted by the team of Jackson Coyle, Brett Schultz, and Josh Halick, as well as a $1,000.00 grand prize awarded to Lydia Dullinger for her PSA entitled, "Plant Some Green, Keep It Clean." Lydia received $300.00 of the award in a Visa gift card, and the Tech. Ed. department received the remaining $700.00 to put towards equipment for the Audio/Video Production class. Lydia has picked out a telescoping boom microphone, as well as a jib crane that will add technical opportunities to the class.
