July 30- Fall sport eligibility forms available in the Activities Office and SMS Office
Yes! A physical form, signed by a physician, clearing you for participation, must be on file in the Activities Office before you will be allowed to practice.
Pick up an eligibility packet in the high school or middle school office at the beginning of August. Bring completed forms, activity fee and a current physical to the Activities Office at Sartell High School. A participation card will be given so you can participate in practice.
Use the child's age/grade as of September 1st, 2009.

The Skyward Family Access program allows parents to access information about their students securely over the Internet. This program will enable you to see your student’s Food Service purchases, grades, school attendance history, current class schedule, discipline issues and emergency contact information.
If you have not yet done so and would like to get signed up for this access, obtain an application from your child's school, complete the form and return to school. School offices will forward to the Food Service area and they will be in contact with you to provide you with a Username.
If you do not have computer access and need assistance with your child’s lunch account, please contact the Food Service Department at 656-3701 extension 1131. The office at your child’s school does not have access to your account information.
Our Early Childhood Family Education classes at held at the District Service Center located at 212 3rd Ave. N., Sartell.
Teacher placement/assignment letters for PME and ORE will be mailed from the schools on Friday, August 26th. Look for them to arrive in your mailbox at the end of that week. We are sorry, but we are unable to answer teacher assignment questions prior to that time.
All library books are due two weeks from the checkout date. If the student has not finished a book it may be renewed for an additional two weeks.
Students are encouraged to return their books promptly so others may check them out.
There is not a fine for overdue books. However, there is a fee for lost or damaged books. ($15 for a hard-bound book: $10 for a paperback book)
The Pine Meadow Media Center is open throughout the school day. Each class has one scheduled checkout time per week. However, students may come to the media center at any time, during any day of the week, to return their books, check out new books or take and Accelerated Reader quiz.
