Sartell-St. Stephen School District Work Session Discusses Proposed Bonding Projects to Alleviate Space Concerns

The Sartell-St. Stephen School Board held a work session on Monday, January 11, 2016, to discuss the details of a potential bond referendum to address the space needs within the District.

In order to continue to engage the residents of the District, the Board partnered with research firm Morris Leatherman to conduct a bond/levy survey.  The Board reviewed the results of the Morris Leatherman survey as they discussed ways to meet the space needs of the District.

The Board examined the Master Plan put together with input from Community Facilities Planning Committee.  From the Master Plan, the Board prioritized potential projects that would be included in the bond referendum in order to alleviate the space needs at all of our schools while meeting the educational needs of our students.

The Board discussed all of the options for a May vote.
