Meal Benefits

  • If you have already submitted a meal benefit application for the 2021-2022 school year, it is not neccesary to submit a new one unless your financial circumstances have changed.

Free & Reduced Eligibility

  • Sartell-St. Stephen provides a variety of nutritious meals for students and staff. 

    Families who qualify for free or reduced-price meals should fill out the application and consent forms. Free/reduced information is confidential. A new application must be completed each year.

    1. Log in and select Food Service from the side menu.
    2. Select a student.
    3. Click Applications (top mid-right)
    4. Click Add Application tab
    5. Follow instructions to complete application and submit.

    If you qualify for Free or Reduced meal benefits, you may qualify for reduced fees in other areas of the District, such as athletic, activities, technology fees, etc. In order for the District to enable reduced fees for the above categories, please complete and return the consent form.

Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.

    To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at:, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.   • ISD 748 families,

    During these uncertain times, we understand your family circumstances and finances may change. All families who have experienced employment changes are encouraged to apply for Food Service Meal Benefits.

    These meal benefits are available for any family to fill out either electronically in Skyward or by mail. Please find the application instructions below.

    Families that qualify for meal benefits now may carry those benefits over into the fall for the first 30 days of school year 2020-2021. Meal benefits for next school year must be reapplied for annually beginning in July 2020.
