    Hello PME families!

    As per our Student Handbook (page 10) “special” foods such as McDonald’s, Subway, parlor pizza, etc., should not be brought in and eaten in front of the other students. In addition, because we encourage healthy eating, we also ask that you do not pack or bring soda pop. School-prepared adult lunches are available for purchase (at a cost slightly higher than student prices) or you are welcome to pack a lunch at home.

    Family Bingo is coming soon and we are in need of prize donations.  We would welcome any new kid-friendly or family-friendly prizes you could donate. Click here for more information.


    • Box Tops for Education: please send any that you have collected to school by February 15 so that we can process and get submitted by the due date.
    • Milk Moola (Kwik Trip) caps should also be sent to school by February 15.This program is ending, so this will be the last of those collections.

    You are able to schedule your own conference time through Skyward Family Access.  If you need assistance, click here for directions. We will be holding Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, February 28 and Tuesday, March 5.

    The semester ends on Friday, January 18.  Watch for a report card to come home with your child(ren) on Friday, January 25.

    On Tuesday, January 29, a PARENT/GUARDIAN ONLY information night will be held at Oak Ridge Elementary School (for both elementary schools).  The meeting is from 5:30-7 p.m. and is geared to sharing registration information for parent/guardian(s) registering their first child in the Sartell-St. Stephen District.  If you have a child eligible to attend Kindergarten in the fall (or know someone who does) and did not receive registration forms, please call your respective school office.  Again, this is an informational meeting for adults only and children should not attend.

  • Lost & Found

    We’d love to be able to return the numerous items to the rightful owner(s)  - but in most cases we can’t because they aren’t marked with a name. Please take a minute to put your child’s name on his/her backpack, coat, hat, mittens, boots, snow pants, etc. Lost and Found items are donated to a local charity on a monthly basis.  If your child loses an item, be sure s/he checks for it right away.  Thank you!
