  • SPRING BREAK: There will be no school for SHS students Monday, March 25 through Friday, March 29...classes will resume on Monday, April 1. Please have a safe, relaxing break!!!

    : Starting Monday, April 1 all students arriving after 8:30am will be required to use their student ID to scan in at the Main Office. Replacement ID's can be purchased in the Media Center for $5. We'd love to see you on time to school, however, come prepared to scan in if you're late!

    FUNDRAISER: The Future Educators Club is so thankful for all the students and staff who donated items to the Anna Marie's fundraiser. Over 800 items have already been collected with donations still coming in. Thank you for helping those in need in our local community!

    : As we approach the last two months of school our Student Council is busy planning the last dance of the year, the Outdoor Dance. Each year a slide show honoring all seniors is put together and shown at this dance. We need your photos! Please email us any pictures you would like included of you/your friends throughout the years. We would like to have as many photos as possible submitted before spring break, so start looking and enjoy these last few months as Sartell seniors!

    PROM: Juniors and seniors who plan to attending prom need to fill out the Prom Registration form that was emailed to students. Forms MUST be completed BEFORE you buy tickets (one per couple). Students will also need to have their class dues paid (these are different than a materials fee assiociated with a course) in order to buy tickets. If you are unsure, please contact Ms. Box or Mrs. Zidon to see if you have paid. If you have any questions regarding prom, please email

    MSHSL VISUAL ART COMPETITION: If you would like to submit artwork to the MSHSL Art Show, please see Mrs. Heckman for details before spring break. Art needs to be submitted by Monday, April 8.

    RED CROSS LIFEGUARD TRAINING: Will be held on April 12, 13, 14 at SHS. You must be 15 by the end of the class and must attend all three dates. Lifeguard positions are open for this summer. Contact Ann at Community Ed for more information on the Lifeguard class and open lifeguard positions.

    : The St Cloud Surgical Center is hosting a health career day for local students who are currently enrolled in a health career program at their high school. The event will take place on Tuesday, April 16 from 6:00-8:00pm at the St Cloud Surgical Center. Please RSVP by calling 320.229.3200 ext 2288, please leave your name and the number of students attending. Space is limited to 10 students per school.

    SUMMER EMPLOYMENT: Sartell-St. Stephen Summer Recreation is looking for qualified candidates, ages 16 and older for Summer Soccer, Evening Recreation, and Aquatics. Check out our link for more information and how to apply.

      American Sign Language Club: Meets every Friday from 7:45-8:15am in Mrs. Wilson's room (D203).
      • Bible Study: Meets every Wednesday at 8:15am in room A177. Bibles are provided as are juice and donuts.
       FCA: Meets every Tuesday from 7:45-8:15am in Mr. Notsch's room (C119). Donuts are provided.
       Gay Straight Alliance: Meets every other Wednesday at 8:30am in Mrs. Nelson's room (C231). Contact Dawn Brown for additional information.

    BUDGET ADJUSTMENT INFORMATION: In November 2018, the Sartell-St. Stephen School District operating levy vote failed. Funding from the levy would have provided needed revenue for programming at all schools and the operational costs of the new high school. As a result of the failure, the school district must make budget adjustments (cuts and revenue) for the 2019-2020 school year. Information regarding anticipated ISD 748 budget adjustments for the 2019-2020 school year can be found on our website at

      The Sartell All-Sports Booster Club which helps to support all of our athletes, is hosting their annual Spring Social on Friday, April 12 from 7:00-10:00pm at Blackberry Ridge. This event is open to everyone whether you are a current Booster Club member or not, and includes a silent auction fundraiser, appetizers and raffle prizes to kick off our 2019 membership drive!
