Free & Reduced Eligibility

  • Sartell-St. Stephen provides a variety of nutritious meals for students and staff. 

    Families who qualify for free or reduced-price meals should fill out the application and consent forms. Free/reduced information is confidential. A new application must be completed each year.

    1. Log in and select Food Service from the side menu.
    2. Select a student.
    3. Click Applications (top mid-right)
    4. Click Add Application tab
    5. Follow instructions to complete application and submit.

    If you qualify for Free or Reduced meal benefits, you may qualify for reduced fees in other areas of the District, such as athletic, activities, technology fees, etc. In order for the District to enable reduced fees for the above categories, please complete and return the consent form.

    To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
