Minnesota Safe and Supportive Schools Act
Governor Mark Dayton signed the Minnesota Safe and Supportive Schools Act into law on April 9, 2014. It is a law intended to provide direction for schools to create a safe learning environment. The Act applies to public school students and school-aged children who voluntarily participate in public school activities or co-curricular or extracurricular activities.
